Our Mission
"Our mission is to empower veterans with the resources and support they need to transition to civilian life and thrive in their communities."
We accomplish this by helping vets understand the available resources, providing access to benefit programs, and coordinating the means for them to take advantage of available resources.
Our 3-step approach of awareness, access, and means ensures we provide an equitable approach to maximize every veteran's ability to benefit from the available resources.
Our Team
Our team comprises compassionate and dedicated former and current military and public safety professionals committed to helping vets in our community. We have a diverse group who bring a variety of skills and experiences to our organization.
Our mostly volunteer staff reaches out directly to the community to offer assistance to those vets who are often overlooked and left to fend for themselves on the street.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to support vets in the community, including counseling, advocacy, and education. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to lead healthy and fulfilling lives and to ensure that all vets know and understand the benefits they have earned, how they can access those benefits, and in some cases provide the means necessary for them to be able to take advantage of available resources.
